 Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients

DOUGH

480 ml warm milk

100 gr sugar

110 gr meltef butter

8 gr dry yeast

500 gr + 125 gr flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt


FILLING

165 gr brown sugar

168 gr softende butter

2 tablespoon cinnamon


FROSTING

120 gr cream cheese

60 ml milk

30 ml melted butter

120 gr powdered sugar


 In a bowl, whisk together the warm milk, sugar, and melted butter. Add the yeast, stir and let sit in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Add 500 gr of flour and stir until combined.

Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Mix well, then set aside.

After an hour add 125 gr of flour, baking powder and salt in the dough. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.

Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, spread the filling evenly over the dough.

 Roll up the dough and cut the log into evenly pieces.

Place the cinnamon rolls in the pans, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 35-45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180

While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the frosting:

In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and whisk until just combined

When the cinnamon rolls are finished, let cool for about 10 minutes. Drizzle the frosting over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy .
